Hello,

With the Christmas I have 5 Americans as a gast at home in Holland.
One of them is the widow of S/Sgt William H.Ruble,TTG from the B-17 who crashed on
24-5-1944 in Ekamp,Province of Groningen,Holland
Ron Hicks ia also with them.He is a professor on the University in Kansas
and teaching WW II.
The B-17 was from the 385 BG/548 BS, 42-31742,Pilot was 2/Lt.R.E.King
All crew was POW and survived the war.

This things/visits make this research and hobby so interested
Its the 7th time I get Family or crewmembers at home.
Delores Ruble has also pictures.Do you want to have them for the Assn ??
Please letme know,

most regards,Jaap Vermeer
