Is there any chance the airplane is still in the sea in Sardinia?

There's every chance bits of the aircraft are still there (I presume you mean the Walrus?) but unlike the aircraft you see recovered from lakes, the salt in the sea-water is very abrasive. There may well be bits of the metal/engine/undercarriage (in a corroded condition) still there, but any fabric or 'non-hardy' substance used in the aircraft building process is unlikely to still exist after this-many years.
