2/Lt.Richard E.Johnston,474 FG/ 428 FS,P-38J,44-23161,crashed 14th February 1945 at 15.30 hours near Brueggen,Germany.

Richard Johnston is alive and well. I talked with him at the last 474th FG reunion this past April. Told me all about his shootdown and POW experiences.  Is there anything in particular you want to know about him?
