2012 Reunion, 381st BG Memorial Association Aug 1-5, Dayton Ohio

The reunion mailing is being sent to all 381st association members this week. Reunion highlights include private tour of the Texas Raiders B-17 who join us for a third consecutive reunion. The reunion group will tour Carillon Park with historical exhibits including a Wright Bros. exhibit and visit the Packard Museum. A daylong visit to the National Museum of the USAF is included with special tours of the B-17F Memphis Belle restoration, the B-17D Swoose restoration, the Presidential Aircraft Gallery, an 8th AF Control Tower and Briefing Hut, the 381st Memorial in the museum park, and the extensive WW II Gallery among other offerings. Historical presentations and annual Memorial Service and Banquet are also scheduled. The Holiday Inn Dayton-Fairborn will serve as reunion hotel. You must register in advance to attend this event.

    Keep your eye open on the Reunion information even if your not planning on attending ... We will be offering for sale, thru the Group, embroidered hats and shirts as well as a ceramic mug.
     
    The hats will also be embroidered on the back with the Triangle L as well as the Sqdn No and the Group Number 
     
    For those attending the reunion, there will be no shipping charges since I live in the area and will deliver them to the Holiday Inn.
     
    For those not attending that might be interested in any of the items. they will also be available by mail.
     
    For those who will be attending, I sure look forward to meeting you.
