Hello,

on the map is the position of the a/d in the north of Bautzen, but the both a/f in the near of this city are in the south (Bautzen-Litten and Bautzen-Stiebitz). In the south is only an evade area (Briesing).

Ulf
I'm search all information about the FG activities on April 17th 1945 in Europe.

Ulf,

It was Bautzen-Litten that the 343rd were strafing when Langelier went missing.  I just found Bautzen-Litten on Google Maps and it's North-East -ish of Bautzen (+51° 11' 37", +14° 31' 11").  I suspect North-East became North in the official record.

Hope this helps,

Shabby
