1944 Killed US POW airman-what unit?

On August 15, 1944 a "Liberator" was shot down near German Rhine village of Priest
At last 3 crewman bailed out-one who landed in a tree was killed by 3 Germans {tried and Hanged 1945}
Reportably POW Was "Unknown"
Possibly aircraft was from following: 5 B-24 lost on this date:
Squadron 786
Squadron 787
Squadron 862
Of the above-ABMC records show casualites lost this day-none reported on tablets of Missing for this day

S/Sgt Gerald D Boles
S/Sgt Dale R Estle
T/Sgt Frank Kayden
