Loss summary can be found on footnote.com. Search for Metaxatos.
There is a report (presumably filed much later) that gives 97°48' E, 26°21' N as location. Point of departure was Dinjam, Assam, India.
No serial number of a/c given, as far as I could see.
I'm not a member of footnote, so really can't read the fine print of the pages.
Four crew members are buried at Honolulu: 1 Lt Louis Metaxatos, 2 Lt Samuel Adams, Tsgt Anthony Cucchiaio and Sgt Carl Wallenhorst.
